Born in 2023 from one simple idea: covers don't have to be boring. Stuart Cox wanted to make covers more interesting, so he found guitarist The Dr Henry Oswin on a Facebook musos page—and the deconstruction, or ‘Muddling’, began.

We take songs everyone knows and tear them apart—mashing genres, splicing hooks, and rebuilding them into sets that make people actually want to dance. If you're tired of the acoustic guy at the bowlo playing the same ten covers to death, we're the antidote. We've played venues across Brisbane and are available for corporate events and weddings that deserve something with a pulse.
We curate our sets around your crowd. Corporate function? Wedding? Late-night venue? We medley everything from indie and alt-rock through to pop anthems and sing-along classics—always with our signature energy.
